During the ten weeks of practical kitchen time, our ADVANCED level students participate in the hands on experience of being the “CHEF OF THE DAY”.
On Thursday nights between the weeks of May 19th, 2008 and July 21st, 2008 one of our ADVANCED level students will be responsible for planning and preparing a full three course dinner menu for guests to enjoy.
The 2008 menus offered will be as unique as each student’s personality.
